Course Description
This workshop is intended to enhance the effectiveness and performance of the Board of Trustees of a college or university. It focuses on preparing board members with the knowledge, skills, and resources needed to understand the college or university, and fulfilling their fiduciary roles when making strategic decisions. The workshop helps to future-proof Board decisions, and guides the board in helping the Institution gain a competitive advantage. The workshop covers topics such as governance, leadership and planning; and discusses the Board’s legal and financial oversight roles.
